Constipation in babies is one of the most common digestive problems, especially during the transition to solid foods. 1. High Fiber Fruits

2. Oats
Using oats instead of white rice porridge supports bowel movements. Oats are naturally rich in fiber and, when served with yogurt or fruit puree at breakfast, they help soften digestion.
3. Olive Oil
This is a natural method often recommended by doctors. Adding a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil to meals helps soften the stool and makes bowel movements easier.
4. Yogurt and Kefir
Thanks to its probiotic content, it strengthens the gut flora. Homemade yogurt is the most natural probiotic source for babies. After 8 months, small amounts of kefir may be given (with pediatric approval).
5. Water
